Roku 2 LT
Okay so next week when the Roku 2 LT comes out, V and I are gonna cut the cable! Sort of an experiment for us. We pay a simply outrageous amount for cable that we don’t watch and the OnDemand feature which we use more regularly but almost always freezes up and glitches out.
Since our bill went up this month (goodbye Comcast!!!), we deliberated and a ‘digital media receiver’ just seems like the best choice for us Internet-addicted, tv minimalists.Anybody have any thoughts on such technology? Experiences with Apple TV or Boxee?

I have always been enthralled by such expansions. Being from Detroit, I know about it well. I even know about the 6-foot cinder block wall that was built along Eight Mile Road in order to keep Blacks out of the expansion… How far have we come exactly?
